Terms of Service

1.1 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the timely payment of your subscription fees, Mancz Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use our online U-value calculator and thermal condensation risk analysis application solely for your internal business operations.

1.2 Software Evolution: We retain custody of all code, servers, and cloud infrastructure. We reserve the right to deploy updates, modify application interfaces, or adjust technical features over time. We commit that updates will not materially degrade the core utility of your active subscription plan.

2.1 Account Security: To access the calculation suite, you must create a user profile. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all operations executed under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.2 Prohibited Activities: You expressly agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, modify, decompile, crawl, scrape, or attempt to reverse engineer the source code or underlying mathematical engines of our software.
• Share a single set of user login credentials across multiple individuals outside the allocation rules of your purchased subscription plan.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with any security layers or digital rights access limits built into our hosting architectures.

3.1 Subscription Tiers: Access to specific calculation models, material library entries, and premium PDF reporting dashboards is governed by your chosen subscription plan tier. Fees are payable in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

3.2 Automated Billing & Renewal: All billing cycles are processed securely via our third-party payment infrastructure partner, Stripe.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you explicitly cancel before the renewal date.
• Failed Payments: We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to your account data until outstanding balances are cleared.

3.3 Taxes: All subscription costs are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) or relevant local business sales taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on your regional business declarations.

4.1 Cancellation Route: You may cancel your rolling subscription at any time directly through your billing settings dashboard. Account access will terminate at the end of the current paid billing period.

4.2 Refund Policy: Because our software gives you instant delivery of technical calculation reports, all payments are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated credits for partial months.

4.3 Data Portability and Deletion: You retain ownership over all structural input data submitted. Upon account termination, you are responsible for exporting your calculated records. We reserve the right to purge inactive user data after a reasonable retention window.

6.1 Exclusion of Indirect Losses: Mancz Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, construction delays, or regulatory rejections arising out of your reliance on software calculation outputs.

6.2 Financial Liability Cap: Our aggregate liability for all claims shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by you to Mancz Ltd during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event.
